Bio
Mikołaj is a cinematographer who works on features, TV series, music videos, and commercials. His work has been presented at Berlinale, Toronto International Film Festival and Film Festival Cottbus, among others. He graduated from Art University in Poznań, Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, and completed Art Direction course at Central Saint Martins in London.
Mikołaj’s feature debut ARARAT directed by Engin Kundag premiered at Berlinale in 2023 in Perspektive Deutsches Kino section. Then his latest series #BRINGBACKALICE for HBO premiered the same year. Currently he’s in preproduction for the next feature film.
On commercial side, he has collaborated with brands such as G2A, World of Tanks, Huawei, YES, Ford, McDonald’s, RedBull, Wedel, Nike, 4F, and Puma. He is also known for collaborating with many polish music artists. His credits include music videos for Brodka, PRO8L3M, and The Dumplings.
